ineffective air conditioning

I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The room also had some maintenance issues, the air conditioning was not effective and struggled to cool the space. Made sleeping difficult.

The room's cleanliness was below standard. I noticed several stains on the cushions. the air conditioning unit looked to be in poor condition. i think the hotel does not match the photos online.
