Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

elevator absence ineffective air conditioning

The lack of an elevator was a real problem. I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The room also had some maintenance issues, the air conditioning was not effective and struggled to cool the space. Made sleeping difficult.

The staff was perfect. they were very attentive and friendly. downtown was close. It was less than a 10 min walk. AMAZING!!!

the location was acceptable.

The room's cleanliness was below standard. I noticed several stains on the cushions. the air conditioning unit was to be in poor condition. i think the hotel does not match the photos online.
